Leah has over 16 years of public service experience both as a District Constituent Outreach Specialist with a State Legislator and working in public libraries. She received her BA from the State University of New York at Potsdam and MLS from Clarion University. She is passionate about making a positive impact at Durham County Library with a specific focus on providing excellent customer service, expanding access to resources and services, and empowering individuals.
